One Hundred Forty Miles in Less Than Three Minutes

After a week of desert boondocking, we headed for the Thousand Trails RV Park near Descanso, California (Oakzanita Springs. 
It was a nice drive with some twisty roads in the southern California mountains. Here's a video synopsis.

It was a short three day stay at Oakzanita Springs. We had time to visit the nearby Viejas casino and outlet mall.  The outlet mall had a share of picturesque statues.
We alao spent an afternoon at the touristy mining town of Julian, CA.  The town has alot of bakeries specializing in pies.  We had a nice lunch at one of the cafes.

 Our next park, Pio Pico (another Thousand Trails park), is a nearer to San Diego.
